Consultation $115/hr

At this point in my career, I really enjoy spending time in consultation with practitioners. People consult with me around the experience of being a therapist and the stresses involved with that and burn out/ compassion fatigue/ vicarious trauma associated with the job. I consult around client experience with adolescents, youth who are struggling, folks moving out of poverty, Queer/trans/NB identities, neuro-expansive identities and have spent a lot of time in the education world and higher education world which can be their own subgroups of stress as well. I like to spend time with you working on a project, or talking out whatever needs to be unpacked.

Supervision of Supervision $115/hr

If you are interested in becoming a Supervisor for Associates in Oregon, I provide supervision for this. I think it is a good practice to think about working with our supervisees in a ways that reflect our values, orientation as a counselor and the ethics set by our profession and the rules outlined by our board. If you are ready to take this step we can meet to see if we are a good fit.

Individual Supervision Groups $100/hr

I am an Oregon state approved clinical supervisor for LPC candidates and I also work with experienced practitioners as well. Supporting counselors in their developmental process is one of my passions and a large part of the work that I do. As I am passionate about our field of work, I am very invested in seeing new practitioners develop healthy, professional and ethical practices as they move out into the field. Each year I devote time to training on working with supervisees/associates and take courses focused on cultural considerations, trauma informed interpersonal neurobiology, and many other interests around our practices as counselors.

Clinical Supervision Groups $75/hr

Clinical supervision can be the bright spot of your practice. It is a beneficial experience which can enhance the professional growth and confidence of both the supervisor and the supervisee/associate. The goal of clinical supervision group is to enhance and support the best clinical skills and lead to improved outcomes for clients.
